2026 Distribution Schedule

Costume Distribution begins on Saturday 7th February, 2026 at Hilton Trinidad.

Can’t collect on your scheduled day?
No problem – you may collect your costume on any following day during our distributions hours.

Opted for Costume Delivery?
Delivery begins on Monday 2nd February, 2026, – look out for an email and call from our Delivery Team!

Arriving after Carnival Thursday?
Masqueraders who are unable to collect by Carnival Thursday MUST email info@blisscarnival.com in advance to arrange a late pickup.

Important: Distribution Centre Notice

Our Distribution Centre is payment-free. All costumes must be paid in full prior to arrival for collection.

Please note that no costume payments will be accepted at the Distribution Centre.

Costume payments can be made at:
BLISS Payment Centre – 18 Rosalino St., Woodbrook

Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 12 PM–6 PM
• Saturday: 12 PM–3 PM

Payments can also be made online at any time (VISA & Mastercard only).

Book Your Collection Appointment!

Making an appointment is as easy as 1,2,3!

  1. Login to the Mas Xperience App
  2. Select your appointment time for collection from the available slots (Appointments are subject to availability)
  3. Add your appointment to your Calendar so you don’t forget your pickup time!

The times and dates available for YOUR section are currently displayed in the app. Please book for an optimal collection experience.

If your plans change, you can login to change your appointment. Note that if you miss your appointment, you will join the regular collection process when you arrive.

Delegate a Person to Collect!

If someone is collecting your costume on your behalf, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on our Mas X App.
  2. Click ‘Schedule’ and select an available appointment.
  3. Check ‘No’ when asked if you are personally collecting your costume.
  4. Enter the name of the person who will be collecting on your behalf. Click ‘Submit’.
  5. Ask the person to walk with a valid form of their own photo ID as well as the barcode you will receive in the app.
